Interestingly enough the segment of 

Millennials are in the age range of 18-35 years old. Many in this group are deciding to live a de-cluttered, minimalist lifestyle. This trend has a major impact on interior design tidy and clean spaces of minimalist design aesthetic. Why has fashion or interior design, been influenced by this lifestyle? there are some contributing factors:


1. Hoarder Parents/ Grandparents: The baby-boomer generation, never gets rid of anything. 3. Frequent Moving: Since Millennials move around more frequently than any other generation. This is due to the rental market, as well as millennials tend to switch jobs more often. This makes minimalism a necessity for this group of 18 to 35 - year olds.
